iTEN.TV, LLC ("iTEN.TV", "we", "us", or "our") operates the iTEN.TV
mobile application and website www.iten.tv (the "Service"). This Privacy
Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when
you use our Service.

a) Information You Provide
• Name and email address (when you create an account, contact us, or
complete a purchase)
• Password (stored encrypted; we never see it in plain text)
• Billing information (processed and stored by Stripe — we do not
store your credit card details)
• Any content you submit via the Contact form
b) Information We Collect Automatically
• Subscription status (whether your video subscription is active)
• Order history
• App version and device platform (for support)
2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
• To provide and maintain the Service
• To process payments and deliver purchased products
• To grant access to subscription-only video content
• To respond to contact form submissions
• To send order confirmations and subscription notices
3. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
We use the following trusted providers:
• Stripe (payments & subscription management) — https://stripe.com/privacy
• Resend (email delivery for contact form) — https://resend.com/legal/privacy-policy
• MongoDB (database hosting) — https://www.mongodb.com/legal/privacy-policy
• Emergent (app hosting infrastructure)
These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy policies.
4. DATA STORAGE & SECURITY
• Passwords are hashed with bcrypt.
• Payment data is never stored on our servers — Stripe handles it end-to-end.
• We use HTTPS for all data in transit.
5. YOUR RIGHTS
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data at
any time by emailing info@iten.tv. We will respond within 30 days.
6. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
The Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly
collect data from children under 13.
7. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced in the app
or via email. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance.
