iTEN.TV, LLC

By using the iTEN.TV mobile app or website ("Service") you agree to
these Terms of Service.
1. ACCOUNTS
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must
be at least 13 years old to create an account.
2. SUBSCRIPTIONS
• Video subscriptions are $19.95 USD per year, billed annually
through Stripe.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
• You may cancel any time via the "Manage Subscription" button in
the app or by contacting info@iten.tv.
• Refunds are handled case-by-case; refund requests may be sent
to info@iten.tv.
3. STORE PURCHASES
• All merchandise sales are final unless the product arrives damaged
or defective.
• Digital downloads (DVDs, posters) are delivered via a secure
download link after payment confirmation. All digital sales are final.
• Physical products ship within 5–10 business days.
4. USER CONDUCT
You agree not to:
• Share, redistribute, or record video content
• Attempt to bypass the video paywall
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All video, photo, logo, and design content is the property of iTEN.TV, LLC
and its licensors. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
6. DISCLAIMER
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
iTEN.TV, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential
damages arising from your use of the Service.
8. CHANGES
We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance.
9. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of [your state, e.g., Ohio, USA].
